Shipping Notes

Current legislation permits us to ship wines to consumers 21 years or older in following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, and WY.

Merryvale's Club shipments are delivered quarterly. An adult signature is required for receipt, so a business address is preferred. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Merryvale is not responsible for damage to wine that is not received on the first delivery attempt.

Hot Weather Shipping

During hot weather months (June-Sept) we take extra care when shipping your wine. Depending on your state, we offer warm weather shipment options such as temperature controlled trucks and expedited shipments with ice packs. Please contact us directly for the best shipment method for your state. Club shipments in June and September will be automatically upgraded with warm weather shipping methods at no additional cost.
